It is the policy of our office to collect your co-pay, deductible and/or account balance at the time of visit.  We accepts cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  Please feel free to contact our office and pay your account balance over the phone any time during office hours.  In addition, you may click here to make payment on our patient portal.
